April is here and we come with some book recs if you're stuck on what to read this spring🌷
Lacey recommends Cowboy Casual and Main Character Energy
A small town love with a single dad? Count me in. Cowboy Casual is full of yearning and tension and I am here for it. Plus it just hit the USA today bestseller list. An amazing accomplishment for a book that deserves all of the hype.
I recommend this book to all the readers who love single dad romance, second chance romance, small town living and dirty talking cowboys.
My second recommendation is Main Character Energy. I was immediately drawn in by the cover and the printed edge artwork. Then I fell in love with the slowburn and grumpy sunshine tropes inside this book. Four total POVs and two love stories all wrapped up into this spicy banter filled romance book. A morgue technician and a firefighter falling in love? What more can a girl ask for?
If you're a fan of Opposites attract, grumpy sunshine, workplace romance, and slow burns then this book is right up your alley.
Kay recommends A Fragile Enchantment and Halfling
After finishing the latest season of Bridgerton, I wanted something to fill in that void while also wanting something with fantasy. So if you are someone like me, A Fragile Enchantment is 100% the book for you! It’s a Regency England inspired fantasy world with a seamstress traveling to a nearby kingdom to design a wardrobe for the royal wedding, bumping into the groom who’s prickly, abrasive, and currently being dragged unwillingly to his altar. Secrets are being revealed and a connection they never imagined starts to bloom.
Do you like raccoons? You do? You will not be disappointed when you read Halfling. Not only is this book covered with raccoons, but the story is even better (and did I mention 🌶spicy😏)! This book is perfect for any monster lover out there who also enjoys a good Ruby Dixon and/or Grace Draven book.
🩷We hope you enjoy our April book recs🌷
