Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our current shipping times is 1 - 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping when spending $75 dollars or more.

Pre-Orders: Shipping times are subject to change but will try to ship on release day. If there is a delay, customers will be notified via email and a new shipping timeframe will be announced. Address checks must be done before a shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label is created, we cannot change your shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address please contact us at hello@thefatedchapterbookstore.com 

Pre-order cancellation: You may request to cancel your pre-order up until a shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label is created, we can no longer cancel or change your order. 

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and shipped on release day OR once the books have arrived in our hands and have had a quality check. (We will notify you of any delays with your pre-orders)

If you have placed an order of in stock item(s) with your pre-order item(s) we will ship in stock item(s) after purchase and pre-order item(s) on release day. 

Shopify will send you a shipping email as well as an app notification if you have the Shop Pay app downloaded.  


We are not responsible for any delays when your package is in transit. Please remember that once the package is out of our hands, it is out of our control. 

Your tracking information will be the same as to what our customer service can see.

 

Local Pick up: We offer FREE Local pick up Monday - Thursday, 10AM - 6PM and Friday 11AM - 6PM. All pick ups will be ready within 24 hrs *excluding weekends and Holidays*. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready and another email from us with a bin number to help locate your package.

If you do not pick up your items within a week since the order has been fulfilled, your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

 

Lost or stolen packages: 

We understand the heartache of ordering something only for it to get lost along the way or stolen.

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered", please double check your front porch or mailbox, as well as asking your neighbors if the package was mistakenly delivered at their residence. If your tracking shows as "delivered" and there is no evidence of your package, you may contact us after 3 days of the occurrence. Sometimes packages can get scanned too early before they are actually delivered. Contact us with your full name, order number, and shipping address. After investigating tracking, we will make a decision on whether or not we will replace your item.

We will only replace items twice. If it happens more than that, unfortunately we will be unable to send anymore replacements or a refund, and you may be blocked from purchasing through us again.


Items missing from packages: 

Please contact us at hello@thefatedchapterbookstore.com with a picture of your package with the missing item. We will send a replacement out ASAP. We will only send a replacement out twice. After that, we will be unable to send a replacement item or give a refund.
